The brewery is placed in a old painter's workshop. Brewer Frank Lund. He got the licens august 2006. Since 1. january 2008 has he worked full time at the brewery. Unter the name Ølværkstedet cooperates Frank Lund with others to make exciting beers.

The Brewery went bankrupt April 23. 2010.

    

Bjørnkær Bryg
The summerbeer from the brewery. Brewed with herps used for snaps. The recepie is inspirered by the history about Bjørnkær Voldsted.

Brewed in cooperation with Humleland - the homebrewers Michael Alhof and Lene Richter. A Outmeal-stout with coffee, cacaobeans and vanilia. Only made 800 bottles, and it will proberly not be made again. Relaced unter the Ølværkstedet-name.

Strong Old Bird

German altbier-type. The brother of Frank Lund - Allan Lund has lived several years in Germany and is homebrewer. At European Beer Festival 2008 in København had Odder Bryghus a stand. Allan Lund helped. He asked to take one of his brews with to test it. The beer became a succes. Then the brothers desided to make the beer at a lager scale. The artist Ole Grøn made the label.
