Founded in 1858 by Perre-Joseph Grad as Brasserie Grade. In 1983 was the name changed to Brasserie Saint-Guibert.

Closed 1996.

Introduced in 1930. After closing of Brasserie St. Guibert are the beer brewed at Stella Artois.
